Miriam Landsman, M.S.W., Ph.D., is Executive Director of the National Resource Center for Family Centered Practice and Associate Professor of Social Work at the University of Iowa. Dr. Landsman’s primary areas of research are family centered approaches to child welfare practice and the child welfare workforce.  Current projects include a study of a federally funded supportive housing and child welfare initiative and a statewide study of family support professionals.
